People – Our people
The P of People stands for caring for the entire society: people inside, but also outside the organization. Convident provides a spatial and livable environment through good labor relations, attention to the employee and his or her development (KPI talks) and sharing responsibility. We have an active policy to integrate people with a vulnerable labor market position into our company in order to offer everyone an opportunity within the organization. In addition, we are mindful of social inequality and critically examine working conditions at partners or suppliers in collaborations. We do this not only for our own employees, but also with respect for the rights of employees in the supplier chain.
Planet – Our planet
The P of Planet stands for the responsibility Convident takes with regard to the environment. We believe that a future-proof organization should have a proactive attitude toward pursuing a healthy natural environment and solving environmental problems. This is reflected in the policy around recycling waste, choice of suppliers (regional versus international) and the mode of mobility of our team. In addition, this is reflected in, for example, energy purchasing, solar panels on the roof of our office and the reduction and separation of waste streams.
Profit – Sharing is multiplying
The P of Profit is about the creation of economic value by Convident BV. To be a viable organization, it is important that we create and maintain a healthy financial position. Profitability is the foundation of the business, so adding economic value is a prerequisite for improving the second other dimensions. For most companies, as with Convident, they are profit-oriented or cost recovery, which is the financial basis for the entire organization and therefore also necessary for decisions around the other two dimensions: People and Planet. In other words, Profit affects the feasibility of choices around People and Planet. Nevertheless, the current CSR policy at Convident will also strive to balance a future triple P balance. In such a way that the current quality of life can be guaranteed for future generations. In summary, CSR for our organization is about the continuous balancing of People, Planet and Profit, in order to keep and create the present and future living environment as optimal as possible.
