Essential user standards

In addition to a complete product range, FEKO offers a very strong price/quality ratio for construction and industrial businesses in the Netherlands, thanks to a unique mix of manufacturers and suppliers. The FEKO webshop is therefore filled with essential user standards. Research and target audience analyses have helped to determine the menu structure, the first view, webshop construction, use of colours and the call-to-action buttons, among other things. This was initially translated into extensive wire frames and web designs. With a timeless and refreshing design, we laid the foundation for the realisation phase in Magento. After being given approval, we started building the web environment. Showing the core values of FEKO was an important requirement. We also opted for a structure that invites people to personally engage with FEKO. We developed a custom template in content management system Magento. For this assignment, Convident took high web standards into account, as well as user-friendliness and the appearance of the shop.

After successfully building the webshop, we received a beautiful follow-up assignment to develop a custom order system. This order system was designed in Figma and developed in Laravel. Important links with DPD, PostNL and TransMission were custom made.

Once again, user convenience and safety were key. To stimulate use, the order supply was combined with an attractive layout, appropriate atmosphere and clear calls to action (CTA).
