Each year, the Convident foundation selects charity projects proposed by our people. In addition, Convident is a recognized learning company, in which we work closely with social partners, training and agencies.

Convident is a social enterprise with clear impact goals and transparent about measured results and finances. We operate as a private company with an Advisory Board. Based on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, Convident is committed to social projects. The Social Business Code is principle-based: the responsibility for its implementation lies with Convident. This gives us the space to let the practical implementation of principles grow along with our company.
