Submit your support question
1. You can submit your question in one of the following ways:
- Email to email@example.com (our preference)
- Use the contact form
- Call us immediately at 050 – 553 23 34 (available during working hours)
2. The Convident employee will review your question and redirect you to the right person / department. This usually happens the same day. You will be notified of this. Your support question is being processed.
3. If we can help you quickly, you can expect a response within one day. This is complimentary if it takes us less than 15 minutes. If we need more time or if your issue is complicated, we will track and bill the time spent.
4. Sometimes a support question requires more research. We communicate the progress to you in a timely manner
5. We complete the question and you can get back to work!
