Submit your support question
1. You submit your question, this can be done in the following ways:
- Email to firstname.lastname@example.org (our preference)
- Use the contact form
- Contact us by phone 050 – 553 23 34 (available during business hours)
2. The Convident employee reviews your question and links you to the right person/department. This usually happens the same day. You will be notified. Your support question is being handled.
3. If we can help you quickly, you can expect an answer within one day. If it does not take us more than 15 minutes, this falls under service. However, if we need longer or you have an extensive issue, we will keep track of the time we need and charge you for it.
4. Sometimes a support issue requires more research. We will keep you informed of progress and communicate in a timely manner.
5. We complete the question and you can get back to work!
